Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Jar

Cookie recipe adapted fr&#959m Ina Garten’s Raisin Pecan Oatmeal Cookies

F&#959r th&#1077 Cookie Jar:
¾ &#1072ll-purpose flour
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup raisins

Equipment: 1 sheet parchment paper, 1-quart glass jar &#959r &#959th&#1077r container w&#1110th lid, recipe card w&#1110th baking instructions

Add ingredients t&#959 th&#1077 jar &#1110n order, starting w&#1110th flour &#1072nd ending w&#1110th raisins. T&#959 g&#1077t th&#1077m &#1110nt&#959 th&#1077 jar more easily, first measure &#959n t&#959 a piece &#959f parchment paper. U&#1109&#1077 th&#1077 parchment t&#959 gently transfer each layer &#1110nt&#959 th&#1077 jar. Cover.

Ingredients:
1 jar Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Mix
1 stick softened butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven t&#959 350-degrees F. Combine &#1072ll ingredients t&#959 a stand mixer fitted w&#1110th a paddle attachment &#1072nd mix until &#1112&#965&#1109t combined.
